Participant Drawing Picker Guide
EasySpinWheel can be used for informal participant drawings, classroom selections, community activities, or event lists where a visual selection method is helpful. This guide is about preparing a clear list and communicating the process. It is not an offer, promotion, lottery, or reward claim.
Before you spin
- Confirm who is eligible to be on the list.
- Remove accidental duplicate entries unless duplicate chances are part of your stated rules.
- Explain whether the first spin is final.
- Decide whether selected entries should be removed after each result.
- Use history or export tools if you need a simple record.
Use neutral entries
For a transparent drawing, the entries should usually be participant names, ticket labels, order numbers, group names, or other neutral identifiers. Avoid writing reward promises, exaggerated claims, or unclear promotional language into the wheel. If the drawing has formal rules, those rules should exist outside the spinner and be shared clearly with participants.
When to avoid casual tools
Do not rely on a casual spinner for regulated lotteries, gambling, high-value contests, legal determinations, financial decisions, or any activity that requires certified randomization. In those cases, use a compliant process and qualified guidance.
Simple workflow
Prepare the list, review it with stakeholders, remove ineligible entries, spin once, and record the result if needed. If multiple selections are needed, enable auto-remove winner or manually remove each selected entry before the next spin.
